About Us

Zamil Offshore Services Company (ZOSCO), was formed to take up services in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry in 1977 under the name of Marine Offshore Division (MOD) by acquiring new and used offshore vessels and chartering them to Saudi ARAMCO.

The company operated, maintained, repaired and converted the entire fleet which ensured the successful charter to our clients.

Zamil gradually succeeded in expanding the fleet over the next 30 years and currently owns and operates a diverse fleet of 63 offshore support vessels consisting of 3 Jack-up Barges, Platform Supply vessels, Safety Standby vessels, Construction support vessels, Air Diving support vessels as well as Accommodation support vessels, with most of the vessels and barges on a long term charter agreement with Saudi ARAMCO.

In 2016 the division changed name from Marine Offshore Division (MOD) to Zamil Marine Services (ZMS).
