Abacus is a subsidiary of ship owner – Louis Dreyfus Armateurs S.A.S.,
Paris, France. The company was formed for the purpose of providing safe
and cost efficient ship management services to in-house and third party ship-owners.

ABACUS SHIP MANAGEMENT LIMITED (“Abacus”)
was incorporated in Hong Kong on 31st March 2010.
and passed it’s ISM audit for Bulk Carriers in June 2013 under Class NK.
