RIA Marine Crew Agency Ltd. is established in Tallinn, Estonia and is operating by recruiting the seafarers company.

The first activity of the Company is the manning services to Ship Owners and Ship Management Companies, who employ seamen from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine. The agency provides crew onboard for General Cargo, Ro-Ro, Container, Multipurpose vessels and Oil Tankers.
