MARINE FLEET TECHNICAL MANAGER

1-Responsible for maintenance performance over expected useful life of vessels such as dredgers, tugboats, barges, etc.
2- Ensure that maintenance and repairs are conducted on an ongoing basis.
4- Control maintenance expenses and preparing budgets.
5- Responsible for vessels operation and logistic Planning to comply with the project schedule
6- Project Management skills including the ability to organize and prioritize multiple client projects to meet deadlines.
8- Consult regularly with Coast Guard officials to ensure that all vessels activities/upgrades are compliant with regulations.
9- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
10- Train the right people, accurately assessing, coaching, and developing the associates to meet their potential
