We are Bulgarian private Crewing & Manning Agency with head office based in Varna, Bulgaria, operating as such with license No. 1925 in compliance with MLC 2006. Our main activity is crew providing for different customers, operating with large range of vessels of any type as well as repair teams.
We have acquired official license to operate as a Manning Agency No. 1925 according to the Bulgarian Law and in compliance with MLC 2006.
All our seamen are STCW’78/95 certified experienced, English and Russian speaking and comply to ISM and IMO standards, with good references. Officers usually have 5 years education in Navigation or in Maritime Engineering, achieved in Naval Academy or Technical University.
They have also good experience on board vessels with multinational crew. Seamen at low rating ranks are educated at Seafarers College, have good practical skills and proper experience.
As manning agent we ensure solutions in screening, training, selection, attendance of medical fitness, sign on and off formalities, obtaining visas and flying the crew.
