About Us

Company was founded by cpt. Nikos Koulouris, with extensive experience in shipboard and maritime business management having over than 45 years in shipping industry. The marine spirit, safety and environmental culture of his wide and long experience of 25 years seafaring, over than 18 of actual sea service, 5 of which in tankers command and 20 years as shore Staff, involved with safety, training, audit, inspection and human element, the most of which in various managerial positions, such as of Marine, Vetting and Fleet Personnel Manager, has provided with the expertise to lead the company ensuring delivery of high standards services to its clients.

Cosmonav head has been dealing with over than 2,500. sea Staff employees of almost 30 different nationalities and over than 10 Manning Agencies worldwide, for 12 years and 8 years with safety, training, marine, and vetting issues dealing with oil majors being also member of Intertanko vetting committee in connection with his key transferable skills, has deeply inspired the culture and professional attitude of the experienced qualified and highly motivated team which runs the company. It allows along with our strong knowledge Cosmonav to understand and properly serve its clients, employers and employees needs in marine consulting, demonstrating fellowship culture, strong communication skills in training delivery, auditees briefing & debriefing and also in ship manning meeting at same time industry expectations, strongly believing that human element can make the sound difference in any service delivery.
