PT. TENZI JAYA SUTAR Established since 2018 was home base in Bogor, Indonesia TENZY JAYA SUTAR is a crewing and shore based marine recruitment agency and is operated by an ex Marine Personnel who have retained experience in the marine sector. We administer experienced and qualified Officers and ratings crew for all types and sizes of ships to suit each Clients needs.

TENZI JAYA SUTAR crew management ensures efficient crew management as our objects are:

Carefully select employees as per STCW requirements Embark and repatriate efficiently Monitor the performance and rectify if necessary It is company policy to recruit crew who are experienced, certified as necessary and medically fit, appropriate to operate each vessel

The implementation of these policies provide a high level of service which, combined with our true care for our crews welfare, generates a substantial retention rate of qualified seamen to the appreciation of our Clients.

Our Personnel Teams are professional and faithful towards their jobs, select good and qualified crews as DECK OFFICERS, ENGINE OFFICERS and RATINGS as per our Clients needs and requested on-board their ship/vessel by double checked the crew performances at their previous Company, and we holding them for our client during the hiring processed until the crew fly on to the port join destination instructed by our client.

The crew must holding valid certificates per STCW 2010 Amendment, which is online certificates for all maritime link to be checked , speak and write good english language, able to work with other different crews from different Nationalities,and FIT medical.

Our Crew Manning Management Company provide our Indonesian Crews for most of Merchant ship type as Cruise Ship, Ferry/Roro, Tanker, Cargo, Container, Bulk Carrier, (Offshore Vessel, Crew-boat, AHT, AHTS, DSV, WORKBOAT, MULTYCAT) Tugboat, LCT, etc.
