About Us

A Dubai based Company established in Jeddah in 1987 as a Ship Management Company providing comprehensive, quality based, and cost effective ship management services.

Today, with more than 30 years of experience in providing full technical and crew management, the Company has established its presence not only locally, but across the region.

Services started with the technical and crew management of coastal vessels in the Red Sea, and in early 1990 took over the management of larger sized worldwide trading tankers.

Vessels under the management included a mix of Product and Crude Tankers, Chemical Tankers and Gas Carriers..

As of date, ships under the management transport in excess of 40 million tons of crude and fuel oil each year between Saudi terminals in the Red Sea and from Arabian Gulf to Red Sea, with voyages extending to WCI, Far East and USA.

Company operations in the recent past extended into the management of offshore vessels comprising of AHTSS, Terminal Tugs, Utility Vessels, Crew Boats and Security vessels.  Furthermore, a separate branch manages the marine activities of Management Services for Yanbu Industrial and Commercial port operations, which is now into more than 17th year of service.

Red Sea Marine Services L.L.C (DMCC) was the first Saudi private Company to be certified with ISM (International Safety Management) in January 1998 before it became mandatory for tankers and maintains an accreditation by the ABS Group for ISO 9001:2015; 14001:2015 and 45001:2018. All tankers are routinely subject to the SIRE / CDI inspection regime and the Company undertakes routine TMSA audits.
