Rusam Maritime Agency is a crewing company established in 2010 with main office in Kaliningrad, Russia. Today we employ more than 1000 seafarers using our network of partner offices in North-West and Far East Russia, Black Sea Region and other ports. As of 01 May 2021 company provides full crew compliment for 22 modern Bulk Carriers SUPRAMAX Class and ULTRAMAX Class, DWT 55.000 – 63.000 t.
Our staff is a team of highly qualified managers having large experience in shipping industry including technical and commercial operations, ship repair, bunkering, insurance and claim settlements. Our own Rusam Quality & Training systems are constantly maintained at high levels assuring crew compliance and confirmed by relevant audits.
