With headquarter office in Pudong, Shanghai, the company focus on domestic and international chemical waterway transportation. The chemical fleet expands to 26 chemical tankers with over 204,206 dwt in total, six stainless steel chemical vessels are under construction, total about 40,000 ton, which now ranks the second in the industry in China, ranks top 20 in the world by ship quantity. China Merchants Jinling Shipard(Yangzhou) Dingheng Co.,Ltd was founded in 2006 with registered capital RMB 611 million.Before,the shipyard was known as AVIC Dingheng Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd . The company has the shipyard located in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and designed annual output value of RMB 3 billion. The shipyard is designated to build high standard specialized vessels. On the delivery list, LPG/LEG/LNG multipurpose gas carrier project and duel fuel chemical tanker project etc have filled in several gaps in the world.
