Our services cater to ocean-going fleets of all types, including tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, DP class offshore vessels, AHTSVs, OSVs, tugs, crew/supply boats, offshore construction barges, accommodation, pipe-laying, and derrick-lay barges.

Full Crew Management
For those who select our full crew management, we provide a diverse nationality portfolio based on your requirements. We offer full crew management on a cost plus fee basis or for a fixed yearly lump sum. The lump sum is an all-in fee which includes all our services plus all wages, travel expenses and any other expenses related to crew changes.
The lump sum is fixed for the budget year and is paid in twelve monthly installments. The contracts are typically based on the standard BIMCO Crewman A or B.
Contract Crewing Sarvice
Star Management also offers contract crewing services for all ranks to ship owners and managers on an as-needed basis. We can supply anything from a single crew member to a full ship’s complement at short notice.
While our comprehensive Crew Management services are included, clients have the flexibility to source part of the crew from other agencies if desired, ensuring a tailored and convenient solution for every operational requirement.
Offshore Construction Crew
Star Management recruits and employs international offshore project crews for a wide range of positions, including riggers, welders (pipeline, structural, 6GR), fitters, senior construction roles, and catering staff. We source skilled personnel from India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand to meet diverse project requirements.
Oil & Gas Personnel
Star Management provides highly skilled technical personnel for various production platforms, drilling rigs, and barges, serving clients in the Oil & Gas and Offshore construction industries.
