BOUVET SHIPPING MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (BSMC) is a domestic corporation established primarily to provide complete services to foreign shipowners, ship operators and managers such as but not limited to full, and/or partial crewing of ocean-going vessels.
The company was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 6, 1990 with Registration No. 183342.
It was accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (with Certificate No. POEA-153-SB-121916-R-MLC) as manning agency with license to recruit, process and deploy seafarers and certified as being compliant with the requirements of MLC 2006.
In July 2019, it obtained its ISO 9001:2015 certification from DNV-GL Business Assurance certifying that its management system is in accordance with ISO standards.
