About Us

Chelonia Marine Agency is shipping agency that offers a wide range of services for shipowners and charterers at Estonian ports and anchorages. We work with vessels of all types. Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We work in all Estonian ports, including Muuga, Paldiski, Sillamae, Paljassaare, Vene-Balti, Kunda, Pärnu and others.

Our company covers everything from delivering of post to arranging repairs at dry dock.

The main focus of the company lies on husbandry service including but not limited to:

• Crew changes and personnel visits in port and Tallinn anchorage,
• Immigration and customs clearance in port and at roads,
• Coordination of de-slopping and bunkering operations in ports and Tallinn roads,
• Underwater and class inspections at Tallinn anchorage,
• Repair works in ports and Tallinn roads,
• Delivery of urgent spare parts and supplying the ships,
• Emergency medical help.
