About Us

Chinasun Marine Service Group Ltd. is a diversified international shipping service provider, and her founding director Mr. David Jiang firstly entered the crewing industry in year 2000 and started the crewing business for SIETC in Hong Kong.

The group is headquartered in Qingdao, and has branch offices & representative offices in Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhengzhou and Singapore. She attained ABS ISO 9000 certification and is one of biggest private crew management companies in mainland China.Our business scope covers crew management, ship management, crew training, maritime consultancy, technical services, etc., but core business focuses on crew management and maritime training.

At present we have a large pool of 6000 seafarers with over 1000 working onboard 80 ships ranging from LPG carriers, Aframax Tankers, VLCCs, Handysize Bulkers, Supramax Bulkers, Ultramax Bulkers, Panamax Bulkers and Capesize Bulkers. Most of them are working with full complement of PRC crew.

We have a big recruiting network from domestic cities like Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Dalian to overseas countries like Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

We manage our own cadets classes in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College, Qingdao Harbor Vocational&Technical College, Tianjin Maritime College and Shandong Jiaotong University and help those cadets who aspire to have life-long seafarer career to grow up to be qualified officers and engineers.

Early this year, we collaborate with Wah Kwong Transportation Holdings Ltd. And Shandong Jiaotong University to set up a JV training centre in Weihai to provide tanker related STCW training and other value-added training in tanker sector.
