Quality Poilicy
The main Policy of Elite Mariners Pvt. Ltd is to provide, cost effective Crew Management Service to their Principals. The Management aims to provide ‘Best Value For Money’ and to achieve ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’ taking all the legal requirements for recruitment in consideration.
The Crew thus supplied shall be of a good quality, competent, qualified and trained to work on board vessels owned and managed by the Principals.
No fees or other charges for recruitment or for providing employment will be charged to any of the employees including office staff and seafarers.
The Management shall be committed to comply with the requirements and continually monitor and improve the Quality Management System to maintain its top quality of service.
Management Review meetings shall be held at regular intervals. All staff from various departments shall be encouraged to give inputs where the system can be improved. Based on the inputs obtained during the MR meetings, the quality objectives shall be reviewed and amended if required.
The Management shall ensure that the quality policy is communicated to all employees. It shall be included in the new employee orientation programme. It shall be posted at a prominent place in the office premises to maintain a high standard of operation within the Organisation.
The Quality Policy shall be reviewed for continued suitability and shall be amended if required by the Management.
