Founded in 2011, EMA Marine is a global manning & crewing support agency serving the world‘s leading shipowners and ship-managers. As the manning & crewing arm of YCF Manning, our focus is to source qualified Ethiopian Marine Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Ratings. We are able to ensure the highest-quality crew for our clients because of the strict selection and training regiment undertaken by our sister training organization, the Ethiopian Maritime Training Institute (EMTI). Our Group is the exclusive manning agent & marine officer training organization in Ethiopia. This allows us to attract the best possible talent and to train them in-house.
