ournier Tugs handle a variety of ships in our operating areas from SuezMax crude oil carriers to 15,000 DWT cargo ships.  We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best equipment available including ABS Class  & Loadline tractor tugs with fire fighting capabilities and the most up-to-date electronics.
Founder Captain Arthur J. Fournier had over 50 years experience in the maritime industry and was the senior state licensed docking pilot in Portland, Maine from 1982 to 2010. He made over 15,000 ship movements in Portland Harbor and trained the entire pilot group that operates in Portland today.
Management at Fournier Tugs believes in providing professional service in a safe working environment. Our vessels and crews have undergone extensive training and auditing to fully implement safety and environmental protection.
