About Us

Global Seaways has been established to provide high quality Crew Management, Manning and Training Services at affordable cost for any organization requiring specialized Seafarers for all types of Ships. Our people, having a 30-year experience in this area of shipping business in the maritime, financial and marketing fields, are ready to provide state of the art services to both Shipping Companies and Seagoing Personnel. Our headquarters are based in Greece and our worldwide network consists of private owned offices in the Philippines, U.A.E. and Ukraine and cooperating office branches in Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Romania, Russia and Sri Lanka. Global Seaways aims to become the leading supplier of quality and competent seafarersin the Maritime Industry. Among others, Global’sPrincipal office in Piraeus has been awarded with the “Outstanding Employer of the Filipino Seafarers” by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Having as our main principal idea that “A Ship Is As Good As The People Sailing On Her”, Global gradually accommodated a vast number of vessels providing quality services to the principals and through the commitment in improving and developing the management system in our branches. All of our branch offices acquired, passed and possess ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) certification. The high retention rate proves loyalty from our seafarers towards Global and our clients. Through the implementation of ISO 9001:2008, we ensure Quality in all Management Levels and maintain a harmonic relationship between Ship Manager – Global – Seafarer.
