In 2016, Massoel Shipping and George Moundreas & Co. acquired Mare Management. The companys headquarters have been in Geneva since 2016, with an operating branch in Athens. Ever since the new shareholders came aboard, the company’s operations have progressively upgraded it processes and systems to reach the current state of full digitalization.
