Middle East Maritime Consultants (MEMC) established in 2016 and offering a large maritime services and consultancy in Middle-East. Founded by a group of Maritime Experts, Headquartered in Lebanon has business branches in Egypt, Cyprus, India, UAE and Belgium.

MEMC provides all kind of Marine Studies (Mechanical and Naval) and participates in international projects as Maritime expert and assists Flag State administration for registration services and any expertise needed.

MEMC is dedicated to provide expertise and support to help clients achieve optimum performance for their fleet, company and operations.

Through its years of operation, MEMC has developed thorough knowledge in Flag State Implementation, Port State Control obligations, and Ships Registration in addition to participation in a number of international projects to assist businesses and organizations towards compliance with the industry’s standards and International Maritime Organization IMO requirements.

Our staff consists of competent and experienced professionals who attend regular refresh training, in order to improve their performance and remain up-to-date with the industry’s standards.
