About Us

In the beginning of 2019, MOL Chemical Tankers (taking over the ownership from the private equity fund Triton) acquired Nordic Tankers, now MOL Nordic Tankers.

MOL Chemical Tankers is a global chemical tanker company headquartered in Singapore and operates more than 50 stainless steel deep sea chemical tankers ranging between 19,000 and 37,000MT in deadweight worldwide (excl. 6 tankers with 8,000 – 12,000MT operated within South-East Asia).

MOL Chemical Tankers is part of the Japanese Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), listed on the Tokyo stock exchange. The worldwide multi-modal transport group operates within a wide variety of fields; dry bulkers, tankers, LNG carriers, offshore business, containerships, terminals & logistics, car carriers etc. The MOL Group employs approx. 10,000 employees worldwide.
