About Us

Monsoon Maritime Services Pte Ltd was founded in 1991 in Singapore by
Mr. Pan Boon Pin. We were then and are still one of the few truly independent, third party full crew management company.

Soon after its founding, Monsoon expanded its offices to Yangon (1992) and Manila (1994). To further extend our capability, we established representative recuriting offices in Jakarta(1997), China (1997), Mumbai (2002) and linked up other reliable agencies in Europe.

Over the years, we have built up a strong pool of well trained, qualified and competent seafarer in the maritime and offshore industry.

Monsoon was established with a clear purpose from day one.
