About Us

Morska Stocznia Remontowa Gryfia SAis one of the most famous repair yards in Poland and abroad. The beginnings of the shipyard’s operations date back to the beginning of the 1950s. The shipyard has a production plant located in Szczecin, enabling comprehensive renovation and reconstruction of large commercial ships, passenger ferries and specialized multi-purpose vessels. The central location of the shipyard in Europe, close proximity to the main communication routes of land transport and important shipping lines as well as good infrastructure make the plant a good partner for vessel repairs. In addition, the location of the plant near the border with Germany ensures easy transport of equipment and spare parts from suppliers from Western Europe and quick access of specialized services.

MSR Gryfia SA has four floating docks, including one of the newest and largest in Poland – dock no. 5 with a load capacity of 17,000 tons , which allows for docking ships up to 40,000 DWT . Moreover, repairs of smaller ships are performed on a pontoon.
